Spring House Estates is located conveniently between Bedford and Everett, PA (across from UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospitals and medical facilities).

Traveling from the West, exit the hospital exit (PennKnoll Rd). At stop sign, proceed straight into Spring House Estates.

Traveling from the East, exit Lutzville/PennKnoll Rd exit. Proceed past hospital and turn left at stop sign. Cross bridge and turn right to the entrance of Spring House Estates.
